I'm Mustafa Azad, a Software Engineer focused on backend systems, AI architectures and product engineering.

Since the beginning, I've been obsessed with how things work at scale, exploring different stacks, patterns and trade-offs depending on what each system actually needs.

I'm from India, and I've spent the last years building for startups and enterprises across recruitment, fintech and developer tooling. Most recently I architected multi-tenant SaaS backends that handle 100,000+ requests per second.

Now I'm building a stealth AI project that turns ephemeral team chats into automated tasks and actionable memory.

I like to start from the real problem behind the ticket. I look at a system through the user's eyes first, then from the inside out, understanding the product, the data and the failure modes before writing a line of code.

From there, I help define the architecture and bring ideas, not just to make things run, but to make them run under load.

I work closely with product and design to align on goals; my role is not just execution. It's bringing clarity, velocity and production-grade reliability to the outcome.

I don't chase hype blindly. I use new tools when they earn their place. My goal is always to build something dependable, something users never have to think about.

Every service, no matter the size, deserves the same level of care: observable, tested and built to last.

And yes, I believe AI is a power tool, not a replacement for judgment.
